45 Minute Kickboxing Sessions

  1. Warm up
  2. Kicking and punching techniques
  3. Conditioning exercises
  4. Toning of the Abs, upper body and legs.
  5. Cool down
  • Kickboxing sessions are reserved for students 12 years of age or older.
  • Students are required to purchase kickboxing equipment.
