KICKBOXING PROGRAM

45 Minute Kickboxing Sessions

  1. Warm up
  2. Kicking and punching techniques
  3. Conditioning exercises
  4. Toning of the Abs, upper body and legs.
  5. Cool down

Kickboxing sessions are reserved for students 12 years of age or older.

Students are required to purchase kickboxing equipment.  We do have Adidas Hybrid 80 gloves in black/pink color.
