Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing sessions consist of four sections at S.M. Smith Martial Arts. As with any other form of exercise, we first start out with an ample period of warming up your body muscles. Next, kicking and punching techniques are implemented. Third, toning with weights and abdominal work are executed. And, finally, we use the last period of the class to cool down your body.

Cardio Kickboxing is a fast, proven way to get into shape! You work at your own pace, in a high-energy, explosive workout space that's done to music. It is a fabulous way of heading your way towards achieving a beautiful body. It fastens your weight loss program, leading to a loss of about 600 hundred calories during a 45 minute workout session. Training in Cardio Kickboxing also can enhance self confidence by giving you the self defense skills you previously thought were unattainable. We feel here at S.M.
